IVPN for Teams

IVPN for Teams is a VPN fleet for distributed teams: 10 devices per seat, per-seat volume pricing, centralized admin tools, and 2FA on demand. We are incorporated in Gibraltar, and our apps are independently audited. We do not provide dedicated servers or IPs, and we do not act as a gateway into your corporate network.

Common questions

Do you offer dedicated IP addresses or dedicated servers? No. IVPN for Teams protects team members on untrusted networks. It is not a dedicated-IP or corporate-network access product.

How is billing handled? Per seat, monthly or yearly, with volume discounts as seat count grows. We accept wire transfer for accounts of 50 seats or more.

Can we manage the team centrally? Yes. Administrators get management tools and 2FA on demand, and can see each seat’s invitation status and registration date.

Is there a minimum number of seats? Yes. Teams plans start at a minimum of five seats, with volume discounts as the count grows.

What we log

We do not log your VPN activity. No traffic logs, no connection timestamps, no bandwidth records, and no logging of your IP address. A Teams plan does require some account data to run it, such as administrator and member email addresses and the invitation and registration dates for each seat. The terms below describe exactly what we store.

Privacy disclaimer for teams

In addition to our regular privacy policy conditions, the following terms apply to IVPN for Teams services:

• An email address is required to sign up as an administrator for an IVPN Teams plan. We collect and store this email address, and might use it to contact the administrator about matters relevant to their IVPN Teams account.
• An email address is required to receive team member invites. We collect and store this email address for each team member account. We do not use this address to contact non-administrator team members, except for customer service interactions they start themselves. No other personal information is required to sign up as a team member.
• We store the invitation date and, if available, the registration date of team member accounts, and display this to team administrators.
